JWTranslate is an editor for your language resource files. It presents two panes, with the source language on the left and the target on the right. They can both be the same language. The two panes are synchronized making editing a snap rather than a chore. All language prompts are presented in text boxes. Just edit what you need to change and click the save button. The two panes also allow different charsets.
