The SerrBizMLS-Hot Property component works silently in the background adding, updating and deleting old listings at specified schedules during the day. You can add as many listings as you want. The only limitation is your server configuration. Features: Unlimited bulk listing imports from MLS or IDX data feeds (Only limited by your server) Unlimited data feeds - If you belong to more than one MLS or IDX you can add a data feed from each. Map HP agents to Remote Agent IDS Can link to remotely hosted IMAGES on the MLS Can add as many EXTRA fields as you have in Hot Properties More... GPL License: SerrBizMLS is released under GPL, which means FREE ACCESS to source code. In this instance, there is a fee to download, which complies with the GPL. Source Code is OPEN though. Bonus: Package is bundled with SerrBizSEF FREE, and the UPGRADE rule for Hot Properties. *Note: Our demo site (SerrRealEstate.com) has been upgraded to Joomla 1.0.13 and the SerrBizMLS and SerBizSEF worked without a hitch or any special hacks. :) NOTE: THE INSTALL OF THIS COMPONENT IS DIFFICULT!!! NEWBIES BEWARE! To install and configure, there are many, many steps depending on how many MLS data fields you want to import, and how many records. ALSO, YOU NEED to have a way to convert your MLS DATA to the SerrBizMLS Data FEED format. ADDITIONALLY, your SERVER configurations will play a part in how well the component cron jobs work. The CRON jobs for caching, importing, updating and deleting records are very resource instense. We reccomend a DEDICATED SERVER with at least a gig of ram.
