Originally designed for Condo or home owner associations that have resources or facilities for residents to share. Other booking systems were overkill so I wrote this very simple booking request system.  The concept is simple; pick a resource, date and time required and submit the request. The system logs the request and sends an email to a designated administrator(s). The admin person reviews the request and can either accept or reject the request. Commercial license but free to download and use. New version 1.5.2 now in beta test and avialable. Features: Front end request approval. Assign one or more users to be resource administrators. When a designated resource administrator logs in, and accesses the RB front end, they will see an 'Administrator' link that will take them to a front-end screen to accept/decline requests. A user designated as a resource administrator will be able to see only requests for which they are administrator. Email can be sent directly from the request list screen. Admin to have the ability to set.. - If Phone and/or Email fields are required - Booking time limits (ability to limit the hours shown in the time dropdown lists - ex: just show 9:00 to 17:00) - Booking day limits (ability to mark some days of the week as un-selectable - ex: visitor cannot choose Sat or Sun) - Limit to single day (single day booking will not show end date option) Also, new admin module for standalone backup/restore of RB settings and data - handy when upgrading to newer version.
