Simple and nice by keveen, October 9, 2006

A neat, straightforward, colourful flash MP3 player.

There seems to be 2 versions of the player - one is called MP3Player Popup and the other RadioPopup. Both are basically the same thing: The Radio Popup version is modified to play a list of MP3s with only a start and stop button, no skipping through a track list.I guess the idea is to emulate a radio station!! The MP3 player allows you to skip backwards and forwards through the MP3 list as in the picture on this page.
I can't find a pop-up button?

Otherwise really good.

Wish list:

A table entry mode for editing the xml file.
A popup playlist - at least so I can see what is in the playlist. At the moment I have to jump through a hidden list.
Perhaps a script that automatically reads the mp3 files in the folder?
Ideal: full controls - Equaliser, vol. etc. OK it's free. Excellent.

Very simple to install and set up. Not extremely powerful, but it's not made to be. If you need something to easily play MP3's on your site, this is perfect! A new version will be coming out soon, so keep checking back!

FYI, if you don't want the songs to automatically play when you load the page, point the first .mp3 entry in the XML file to a file that doesn't exist. I made the Title of the entry "Hit Next to Start." Then, add the rest of your songs, and when the user hits the next button, it will start playing through your songs.
