Based on integrated into Joomla's PM subsystem, which allow you do not maintenance messages and configs of deleted users. At first MMPM was created for consumer to manager communications. But switched in configuration it's a full P2P able. Install/uninstall this as component. At first time configuration and manage pages are available for superadmins only. Be sure you're in this group before installing. Also included a Russian langpack. All other are welcome. Switching is based on the site language.

I highly recommend this component.
It's easy to use, easy to install.

Downside is I don't know how to limit the number of messages a user can have.

But other than that, it does what I want it to do.

Thank you so much for creating the component.
