Affiliate Text Ads is a component + mambot combo that allows you to have text base affiliate ads within your content. Just like the banners component, every impression and every click is counted.
Great for text based affiliate programs like ClickBank. Also includes an optional link for 1 X 1 image code since some affiliate programs require a 1 x 1 pixel image for tracking purposes.

Each ad can be designed using HTML and you can control the global appearance using the "aff_ad" ID in your templates css file.

Good Start and much needed by DoctorMicro, November 15, 2006

With Affiliates like CJ you need something to handle the link coding they provide without needing to change it. This extension is a good start to this.

You will have to guess about how to fill out your link information, as there is no real instructions provided as to what goes where.

Also could not get the clicks part counter to work, still says 0. But CJ shows clicks for link.

Keep going with it and you will have something great.
