 Produces regular invoices for recurring payments, supports paid user subscriptions, records all income and expenditure, order management, customisable order forms, handles tax, carriage, currencies, discounts, nominal ledgers, etc. Users can log in and view their orders and invoices online. Payment gateways allow for orders and invoices to be paid for online. Gateways are supplied for PayPal, Authorize.net, eWAY, SECPay, ProtX, Quantum, and Worldpay. Other gateways are available commercially through 3rd parties, and developer instructions for creating new gateways are provided.
Please note, this component does not allow customers to browse your products online, nor does it contain a shopping cart. Products or services can be purchased online using order forms which you define in the component's back end. Ideal for companies with a limited range of products, or who sell services or subscriptions rather than consumer goods. Can also be used as a standalone bookkeeping system for sales made online or offline.
Please also note, some of the files in this component are protected with ionCube Encoder, so you will need the appropriate ionCube loader installed on your web server to be able to use it. Most web hosting companies provide this by default. Many of the files are left unencoded however, to allow for customisation.
This component will work on Joomla 1.5 in legacy mode only. Also works with Mambo 4.6.2 onwards.

Setup my website to sell hosting and domain names as well as invoice clients for a variety of services. This component does it all, is ONE of the very few commercial components that are worth while buying and the developers are very helpful.
I did ask Russell to help me setup the auto activation script for the hosting and domain names and he made sure it works. This was really worth my while. Thanks for a great component! |

They don't bother telling you that you can't use the component without ionCube being installed!
If you happen to be using Godaddy for hosting then you have the pleasure of getting their attention and getting them to install it for you....
Sorry for the moaning but I am fed up with the hassles of installing componants in general. Fireboard Forum (still in Beta) is the ONLY component that that has actually installed and worked for me!! Owner's reply: That is completely untrue - if you bothered to read the description on this site, you will see that very clearly informs you that an ionCube loader is required. This is also made clear in the prerequisites, which are linked to very prominently from both the free trial page and the purchase page. |

I recently uploaded this component to my site and it worked instantly.It is very easy to configure and use and professional in its looks. The feature I particularly find especially fantastic is the option for clients to log into my site and view all their invoices, which obviously makes my setup more professional looking. One special mention though is the support service. I had a minor problem with attaching invoices which on further inspection was down to the structuring of my numeration of invoices. I raised this on the forum and was swiftly contacted by Russell WALKER from Netshine who immediately identified and rectified the problem. Believe me, this level of customer support is outstanding and with some companies you would pay a fortune to have them resolve such issues. Well done Russell and your team. Great product, great customer support. |

I spent ages searching for a billing component for my new hosting business and by chance stumbled across Netshine Billing. The component is perfect for a hosting company, very flexible, very cleverly done and IMO very cheap, I would have paid more for this component without a doubt. In addition to this the support from Russell has been excellent. Overall I am very impressed and have since had Netshine perform some additional order form validation coding for me. If you're after a billing component you can't go wrong with Netshine Billing.

What more could you want? I was using different events plugins to enable our clients to sign up for seminars etc on different dates. I needed a billing solution that would enable me to create invoices for those clients, after sign-up.
Now, using the flexibility built into this script I have been able to do away with the other components and cut our workload down considerably.
Clients can register, sign up for the seminars they want, can pay online instantly, or by cheque, and the invoice is created instantly, emailed to them and is in html and pdf format. They can login and pay outstanding invoices anytime and view their account. Also encourages repeat sales as they are registered members and I can stay in touch via the mailer mod in joomla.
I have installed the cron to generate invoices too and it works perfectly.
When I had questions, support was fast and all problems I had were solved. Whatever I wanted to do with this script, could be done. Excellent docs and a forum that looks like it could be invaluable as time goes on.

I needed a system that gives the option of paying by credit card or sending an invoice. There is a bit of a learning curve for me, but the documentation is very good and the support has been great. |

I looked around for days for a subscriber billing system for my Joomla site, and finally decided on Netshinebilling. I'm not disappointed at all.
The install was quick and effortless, and I haven't run into any bugs or issues with functionality. I needed an extension that would give me a comprehensive sign up form, track subscription services, and process payments, and Netshinebilling does all of that(and more)without a hitch.
When I did have questions, I contacted support and got helpful replies within a couple of hours, despite being "accross the pond" from the U.K. where I suspect Russell is (I'm in Southern CA...) You can't really ask for better than that.
I'm running the eval version right now, but as soon as my site's rebuild is complete with marketing in place, I intend on buying the full commercial license.

I have tried many different billing/invoicing components and none have half the flexibility of netshine billing. Whilst it is still at the RC stage I am impressed by the committment of the developer to deliver a product that is stable and speedy.
This component will allow you to 'make the pie' anyway you want it. Great cpanel interface on the backend makes it a dream to install and setup.
The front end is equally simple for my clients to use and most importantly, make their payments through.
You can even log business expenses and ad hoc invoices for those items that are not so easily dealt with via the standard web shops like virtuamart etc.
If you are looking for simplicity, ease of use with some power features then this is a component that you owe it to yourself to check out.
I am exteremely happy with it and it is now part of my core tools. |

Just tried this component, but couldn't test all the features: only the billing part. Looks like a really nice component for online finances right there in your joomla back office. Seems perfect for hosting companies. You can indicate how products should be invoiced (once, weekly, yearly, etc) and gives you control over different tax zones. Clients can register and receive their invoice through mail. There are still some cons. First of all: this is commercial. Therefore you need to install some files on your web server to protect the component’s core code. Also: I miss a language file It should be possible in the future to send the an invoice in another language then English. It has many other useful features options like stock, income, expenditure, etc.. Shortly said, useful component, with future and something I will keep my eye on. Owner's reply: The component does support multi-language use, but as it is only in the beta stage, there are no other language files currently available. The invoices are produced based on a template though, so you can edit the template or create your own which would also allow you to control exactly what gets printed on an invoice (see com_netinvoice/templates/default/index.php) |
