Online Users Pro is a companion module for Newest Users Pro. They share many of the same features regarding appearance. Whereas Newest Users Pro lists users who have recently joined your site, Online Users Pro lists member users who are logged into your site. In addition to all the same visual feature of Newest Users Pro, this module also integrates with Flash Chat, which is THE chat script to use with Joomla. Online Users Pro indicates which logged-in members are in chat rooms by displaying a small buddy icon to the right of each chatting user's name. The icon can be clicked to launch Flash Chat. You can get Flash Chat here: http://www.tufat.com/script2.htm Limitations: As of this release, Flash Chat is not capable of launching directly into the room. When such a capability develops, this module will be updated to take advantage of it.

Features:

* Can use flags installed with CB Profile Flags plug-in or avatars instead of bullets. Country, state, or other flag graphics can be used depending on what is installed via the CB Profile Flags plug-in.

* Provides mouse-over popups that show either the user's avatar or the flag of his/her country or state as well as "About Me" text, if available.

* Categorical colorization of listed user names.

* Integrates with Flash Chat.

* Tabular format with optional column headings and template table style usage.

* Optional display of user city and profile hit count.

* Multiple simultaneous instances on the same page.

* Ordering based on session length, username, name or random.

Note that although Community Builder is not required to use this extension, its real power and beauty can only be realized if you are using Community Builder. Works with CB 1.0 and later.
