can't support Chinese articles ? by baijianpeng, February 24, 2008

This is a good idea. I tried it on my Chinese langluage website but it can't work with Chinese characters.

I think the author should improve this plugin to let it can pick up Meta data automatically for other languages besides English.

This plugin does what it says, (almost) everything is fine apart the fact that it doesn't have any word exclusion list give it a bad point ! i would like to know how's google react or another search engine to descriptions like that ex:
mirror and poor and country and flag and terror and.... why those "and" do there ? any logical explanation ?

It's a amazing plugin.

It makes a difficult task so easy.

It is very useful when you have many pages and have no time to write meta tags for each of them.

This little plug in does an excellent job of pulling out keywords from the article. However, the description is less than to be desired.

There should be a way to change or filter the insertion of (and and and and..) out of the your description.

I would suggest leaving out the repetitive (and) between each keyword as the description.

Slick little plugin that could be very useful but is the description generated really the way Yahoo likes or does it? The description should be a gramatically cohesive sentence or statement that could be used when the search engine displays the content. Collecting keywords and joining them with "and" does not stand up very well when a Human is reading it.

The keywords are an improvement over the default Joomla method but it would perhaps be better if the Simple SEO button was in addition to rather than a replacement for the default button.

I have seen and tried a few of these and this mambot seems to work the best at getting good keywords in. I would recommend this along with JPromoter for getting good SEO content.
