Whats Today is a component wich shows the Events of the day. The component works with the day and the month, so it is perfect for a birthday-component. A Demo of the component you find here: http://www.schlager-volksmusik-portal.de (just use the menu "Geburtstage). Please unpack the zip-file, because there is also an module wich show the todays event and the year of it. Cool that was what i needed for the todays birthday module.
It is a simple module and does a perfect job
