Probably one of the best modules available. Accepts HTML code as we as JS. The only thing i cannot figure out is how to make the Google adsense Java Script function in it. While all others are working, Google shows just a white box.
Overall though, this is one of the most recommendable mods!

this is perfect. put the code right in and vola! we are on our way. so simple.
what would be cool though is to select how many banners show at once. say 2 or 3 at one time.
but it is a must have
great work

I installed this and played with it a bit, and it does do what is advertised. It's very easy to work with and has a good amount of customization features.
I did uninstall it though when I discovered it had trashed my XHTML Transitional passing layout by inserting tags in the middle of the code and several other coding errors. I'm sure that could be fixed with some tinkering, but i didn't have time.
I'll come back to this one...

This is truely excellent thank you so much.
Please take care of the following problem, the background control color parameter have no effect and stays always set to white whatever we setup.
Thank you very much. Owner's reply: Hi lvds, if you check my demo site: http://www.cknguyen.net/demo/ (Ads Ticker Demo on the right side) you will see background color works (red color). Do not know why you have problem with that, but if you do have issues, please join our supporting forum http://www.cknguyen.net/supporting-forum/ or PM me. I will try all my best to help you out.

It works perfectly well in IE,but in Firefox it displays all the Ad's in a line... Owner's reply: I test Ads Ticker in IE6, IE7, FF1, FF2, Opera etc... and it runs just fine. Do not know why you have that problem, but maybe its back-end settings. You should have asked in my supporting forum, or sent me email for help.

| great module, thankyou! by Strappy Music, May 26, 2007 |

Excellent module, works clean from first install and when I had a query I had a response from the author in a matter of hours!
2 additions that would add a cherry on top would be:
transitions between ads
a "nudge" function on admin so, eg, ad 10 was removed and all the other adds moved down 1 position, leaving a blank space in position 1 for a new advert.

This module is easy to install, and it just works! I've been playing around with other advert modules, but they do not seem to cater well for the very common situation today where you just get the HTML code for the advert. Here you just paste it in and it works brilliantly.

| The loading time should be shorten by baijianpeng, April 5, 2007 |

I installed this module Ads Ticker on my website, it works great. But I would like to make a suggestion to perfect it.
There is a parameter at backend of this module called Delay Time. You explained that it means the time between two adjacent ads, but I noticed that the loading time is also a little longer though I enabled cache parameter. So there will show up a blank block when shifting to another ad. I hope this shifting time will be shorten to 1 second or less, or add some slide show feature to it, such as fade out and fade in, or scroll from one corner to the opposite corner.
Thanks.
