Hack of mod_latestnews.php for Joomla's weblink component.

It displays the latest weblinks in one module position.
In the back-end you can configureCategory ID and the amount off weblinks it should show.

Note: there was a small bug in v1.0 (some spaces in the hyperlink).
Currently a corrected version v1.1 is available for download.

I needed to show the latest weblinks and this does it perfectly. I also like the fact that the links it creates to the external sites open in a new window (so folks don't lose our original site)
