The module works great, looks great on my site, and did exactly what I wanted. Having the descriptions in individual files for each image is a bit cumbersome, but I won't need to make changes once it is all set up, so manageable. The details on setting things up is a bit above novice and a bit thin, but the forum covers most everything. I will definitely check into their other modules and see if/where I can use them.

I keep getting an overflow error that I narrowed down to this module. I posted 2 posts on the developers web forum and both have gone unanswered. I so much do not like when things are not supported, even if they are free.

... and one of the best looking fades out there! Most of the other slideshow modules don't really "fade". Instead, they assume you're site has a white background and blow out the previous photo to white, which creates the illustion of 2 photos fading into each other. RokSlideshow actually fades the images together. One gets transparent while the other gets more opaque. It looks gorgeous and opens the possibility for some neat tricks like giving the illusion that only type is changing over a static background.

I had no problems installing this. I has lots of features and does a great work. It is also extremely easy to configure.

I installed that in Joomla 1.0. It looks perfect in FF, however, in IE bottom margin of the site is enlarged for about 400-500px.

I have to say, that even with my limited Joomla! experience, I have found that very few, if any, other providers, can create QUALITY Joomla! enhancements that can meet or beat the folks at Rocketwerkz! Props to all involved! This, along with their other fine, free products, didn't just meet, but exceeded my expectations. Hands down the best of the lot! If I could give this module 10 stars, I would. Out of the box, EXACTLY what I was looking for and just a pure delight to install and set up to my criteria. Same goes for the other items from this fine Joomla! foundry.

In addition, as to the comments from the Team to the post regarding captions, etc... if this person would have looked over the very fine documentation, they would have immediately realized that what they wanted to do is a snap with this module! Wh heck, even I figured that out right away :)

This looks very nice but...it seems to have a limit of 12 images.. at least that's the hint at startup, showing 1 of 12, it says. And, I wish it didn't crop images. But, can't find anything better.

Great job on another great module. I use Rocket Theme and Rocket Werx all the time! Keep up the great work! Modules work great even when using other templates. Great job!

Installed 3.03 on Joomla 1.5 with no problems. Had a minor issue with paths when launching the module from an article, but I found the workaround on the Rocketwerx forum.

This module is just what I was looking for and I am very happy to have found it.

I can't give this mod a higher rating only because it's missing one major feature which is image "link-ability". I have searched for a mod like this and when I finally find it, the feature that's most needed is not there. Hope you folks add image linking in the next update.

Excellent work on this slideshow. Installed clean as a whistle and was a breeze to figure out the captions and transitions. I am happy to report that as of April 10, 08 this module plays nicely with IE7. I have it on a 1.0.15 site and it performs marvelously. Thank you for a first-rate module.

Just wanted to point out that 3.0.3 fixes many of the reported issues here. So please try the latest version.

Although the icon says 1.0 native, there is also a 1.5 version, which makes me very happy :). The description above says: "Completely rewritten for 3.0 it now support hyperlinks", but I can't find a way to create links. It would be great if this would be possible. Maybe I'm missing something?

Avoid this program until the author can stop it from crashing Internet Explorer. This program gives the "operation aborted" error in internet explorer 7.0 and 8.0 beta 1. I know Rok slideshow did it because when I removed it the error went away. Internet explorer 8.0 beta 1 gives a descripton of the error, but still crashes

This program is kind of useless until it supports IE 7.0 and higher
