First released in 2005 and with over 30,000 downloads, this is acomponent to integrate MediaWiki so your Mambo or Joomla site can offer the comprehensive wiki functionality of MediaWiki. Users can edit and create Wiki pages while admins can manage MediaWiki and create menus to present selected pages. There is also a separate bot that allows links to the wiki from regular content pages and a separate recent changes module that is able to present a combined list of wiki and cms content changes. We love MediaWiki and wanted to be able to prepare and present information using this powerful wiki tool but have it appear in the context of our web site. So we created a component wrapper around MediaWiki (currently version 1.5.8) and thought it might be useful to other Mamabo/Joomla! users. Although it it called MamboWiki (because it was created before Joomla was born) it supports Joomla and has as many Joomla as Mambo users.

Latest changes module shows both joomla and Wiki changes
Goto page module allows a user to navigate directly to a Wiki page by name
