This is best component for create Forms.

This worked pretty. Tutorial are useful and enough. Easy to install and good feature. Thanks for everything.

Used it in joomla version 1.0.X, perfectly to fit to every website. Sadly now I'm upgraded to 1.5, there is no 1.5 version :(

This extension worked perfectly. The documentation and tutorial I found in their site is plenty enought. Excellent.

I asked our I.T. Developers for a simple form with less than 4 categories...they him-haw'd and said it would take "months" to implement such a thing! I setup my internal server, Joomla and installed Facile Forms...got it kicking and submitting emailing form results with well over 15 categories of submissions in less than two days!

I especially liked being able to change the text/button/content location in real-time and refreshing the results in multiple browsers (ie/firefox/opera) to find just the right fit. Even cooler was the option to export your forms so that others could simply import the forms you created/authored into their own FacileForms. Imagine a community of form creating kooks...how wonderful would that be?

The only downside is that I upgraded to Joomla 1.5, but that's my fault...it would be great to see this ported over to 1.5. If anything, I am tempted to downgrade my Joomla simply for the use of FacileForms...but I'll avoid it if I can.

Fantastic program and is super powerful. The best form development component for 1.0 hands down. It's to bad that development seems to have stalled out and is not compatible at this time for Joomla 1.5.

If only the guy was still working on it, he seems to have disappeared on the website, with no new stuff in sight. If I am wrong please let me know.

Cons:
1. Something Built in the change the subject line
2. Form received in ugly, and un-configurable, I wish something was their to hide the headers if I want to.

This app is powerful, and its developers deserve credit for that.

But anyone who says you don't need to know any coding is having much different results than I am. Even knowing a little PHP is causing me more confusion than benefit.

The tutorials on the site have errors in them, and after users point them out in comments the writers make no attempt to fix them, and once the tutorial goes wrong it is very difficult to get back up to speed from reading contradictory comments from users at the end.

I signed up for their forum over 24 hours ago, and my registration is still "Pending approval" because apparently an email confirmation like every other site I have ever been to in my life is not good enough. So I cannot get help on the forum or post comments to the tutorials.

If you have to make simple forms like email contact forms, and you have no coding you can do it, but if you plan on doing anything more complicated than that, plan to spend many frustrating hours and days trying to figure it out, and sign up for the forum before you download because they don't approve accounts quickly.

If this was better documented, and more accurately described I would have a MUCH higher opinion of this software, but I am rating it only as fair because they claim it is a lot easier than it is, make no apparent effort to correct their documentation, and have an unnecessarily long approval process for forum registration.

I have tried almost every Joomla form component over the last month. In FacileForms I found exactly what I needed. The flexibility of FacileForms is great - I have yet to find something I needed my form to do that I could not accomplish with this component. Two thumbs up!

It worked perfectly for me. Just follow the flash tutorial on their site and off you go. I used their one of their samples to create my contact us form.

I needed an extension that was cheap (donated $20) and that was easy to use. This fit the bill.

It was easy to customize using CSS and worked without any problems. The forum is great as well for finding answers to questions that could have been answered quickly had I read the documentation first :). Thanks.

This component allows you to design forms in WYSWYG manner. Its customization potential seems almost limitless. In addition to pre-defined library functions, you have the ability to write custom code in JavaScirpt and PHP. That makes this package extremely powerful. And it's tightly integrated into Joomla. Its website is well developed, and the forum is active and helpful. I give this extension my highest possible recommendation.

I had a problem with a simple contact form.

Basically there was a field where someone would put their email address. To the right of this field there was a question mark icon. If you hovered over that the entire form disappeared.

That basically made this useless for me.

Creates forms quickly and easily. Once your visitors fills out the form, the results are e-mailed to the address of your choosing. The form editing tools are a bit clumsy, but still effective. Very good form editor!

I have used FacileForms already for 5 different sites, and the results have been excellent. The flexibility it provides, the ease of use for its interface is great. And the scripting capabilities are such that I can have a simple contact form side by side with a complex form that provides date selection using a calendar interface without much of a problem. I tried other systems (sounds like sales pitch but it isn't) but this one is by far the most powerful, flexible app around.

One little thing I would love to see is the capability for the system to resend stored records. That would be icing in the cake.
