Kitabullah Search Module
kitabullah.com has been created in Joomla 1.5, with custom components, modules and plugins specific for the site.

It gives the option to search the quran in 23 languages. You can bookmark the verses of the Quran to your private area, also add tags and comments that can be publicly or privately viewable.

Kitabullah now also has webmaster tools that will allow custom search boxes create for your website for your visitors to use whilst looking for reference to the Quran.

There is a lot of sites dedicated to Islam, however do not have the resources to develop such an application that offers search of the Quran to its users, especially in so many languages (that’s just the start).

The attached module can be configured in the backend to suit the needs of your site.

A little bit of css/html knowledge would be good.

However everything is well documented and detailed in the backend of the module and the blog post.
