Multi-component Shortcuts - Backend Quick links

Administrator Shortcut Module for Joomla 1.0.X.

Adds new icons in the "header" position, next to the "Messages" and "Online" icons, to provide quick access(shortcut links) to any component you wish.

The module parameters let you place shortcuts for Joomla!Xplorer, Community Builder, Fireboard, VirtueMart, Mosets Tree, Hot Property and up to 5 other components that you can easily customize.

# You have to publish the Shortcuts module at the "header" position.

# There is need to install complex components in order to achieve this. Install only this simple module.

Simplifies & speeds up admin navigation by anthonyh, October 6, 2007

Great for when your component list is too big to access them all with one click (Especially YANC, or others in the alphabetical vicinity). This has made my life easier. Many thanks.

I had a problem with the Save, Apply and Cancel buttons not working in explorer - error was: "document.adminForm.task is null or not an object"
This meant that I could not save any changes to the module.
Easily worked around by using firefox.
I work with a joomla install that has many modifications, so I'm not sure if this is only my error, or if others experience the same.

Yes, thats is it! Bingo Bongo Modul for the Backend.
With this Module is now a really Fast Shortcut aviable.

Good addon.

There is a bug in line 22 of the code, the link to community builder is not correct. it points to Joomlaxplorer.

No big deal, i fixed it to point to my option=com_comprofiler&task=showusers

page.
