The "AJAX Vote" Plugin is the "evolution" of the default Joomla! voting/rating system.

Utilizing an eye-candy "star rater", the plugin uses AJAX technology to seemlessly process your visitor votes on your articles (content items) without reloading the page.

It's also the easiest way to add voting/rating functionality to your Joomla! website!

The plugin supports 3 languages for now, but more will be added soon.

We've just updated our "AJAX Vote" plugin, after related user reports concerning a possible serious security issue. We've address this issue successfully and released v1.1. The new version:
- Fixes a major security issue, which could let others execute a remote script, under certain requirements. The plugin is solid rock now.
- Adds the following language files: German, Romanian, Russian and Swedish.
- You may now use AJAX Vote on com_frontpage with Joomla's cache turned on (bypass to a Joomla! com-frontpage/cache bug - not an AJAX Vote issue).
- Fixes star rater CSS styling to display identically on all browsers.
