***Just updated to beta 1.0*** This version works with Artio JoomSEF v2.0+. It is a beta build so there might still be a few bugs. Thanks Pierpaolo for updating this plugin. For JoomSEF 1.3 - 1.5 users the download for beta0.2 is still available, just go to the download site Plugin used by ARTIO JoomSEF, to enable the Fireboard Forum URLs to be search engine friendly. Intallation Go to the admin area of your site. Go to Components->ARTIO JoomSEF->Install. Your done. If you have been using the forum before installing this plug-in you will have to remove all of the urls that have been already generated. Just go to Components->ARTIO JoomSEF->View/Edit SEF Urls. Type forum in the Filter SEF Urls: text box. This will only show the Forum urls and you can delete them. When they are all deleted you can go back to your forum

Almost works...except for notification email by gmfpanda, March 24, 2008

So I ran into the "too many pages" problem with artio-sef and fireboard and decided to add this plugin.

URL's work fine, very happy with that but the notification emails have the wrong URL now, which worked BEFORE the plugin was put in.

Any ideas on a fix for this I hope soon? I posted to the owners forum but i saw most posts about bugs/issues have no replies even, not encouraging support.

At first your plugin wouldn't install. I opened up the zip file, and deleted some mac files that got stuck in there (a file and folder named _MACOSX), and then the installation ran fine. I suggest you double check from now on to make sure your mac doesn't leave its droppings in your installation files.

The installer did not work for me, so i manually copied the files to components/com_sef/sef_ext and it worked like a charm.

Thanks for the plugin. This was what i was browsing for a couple of days ago, and now it is here...

Thanks for this plugin, it works very well. I paid Artio for a plugin for another component that never did work and they make the component! LOL
