 Virtuemart RSS Feeder Version 4 has been released
Fully automated upload system that links into Google base and uploads on the fly all your products every day, hour week or how ever you set it.
This feeder exports all of your products from the Virtuemart Shopping system, into Google base (which was called Froogle) the worlds largest (and Free) price comparison site.
So set it up once (or ask me to do it) and never touch it again, and know that all your products are live on Google Base

The attributes that our RSS feed supplies are
Product Title,
Product URL Link,
Product Price,
Product ID,
Product Description,
Product Image Link,
Product Type (taken from the category it is in, within your system).
Product Condition (New or Used),
Product Expiry Date (Data expiry, not for perishable goods),
Product Brand (Taken from manufacturer),
Product Currency (taken from your default currency setting),

The new version has the special charactor system so Google Base wont bounce it back if you have forgotten to remove the "&" sign and a category filter, so you can now export specific chosen categories only. Please see my website for more info.

As others say, does everything it says on the tin perfectly. I spent a lot of time looking and using others, and after going through all the trouble of trying to fix and hack the others, used this version, and it works perfect first time. Within 4 days i have had 2 direct sales and over 220 "traffic sources" from Google base according to Google analytics, so i have already got my money back on this product in one sale for FREE and made profit. AMAZING and the support is the same as the product, AMAZING!!! |

I purchased this when it was at Version 2. I had a few issues and contacted the developer, but unfortunately despite initial promises of help none came forward. I did get a upgrade to Version 3 but this still had the same problems as version 2. Owner's reply: The website files had been modified stopping the module worked, i tried for 5 hrs to fix it, and the only solution was to either completely rebuild my module or put some of the files back to how they should have been. Please see my other feedback to see i really do try my best to fix any problems. |

I can't recommend this component/module highly enough. It works exactly as advertised, and is as easy to install as a developer could ever hope for.
The ease with which this component loads into Google's product base is a dream, and its benefits certainly justify the modest expense of purchasing this component (and thereby supporting the developer).
If that isn't enough to convince you to whip out your credit card, the support from Ian and New World Designs is incomparable -- I had a couple of minor technical questions that were specific to my customer's Website, and he responded to my questions quickly and incisively. He's informative, prompt and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Cheers to Ian for such a marvelous addition to the world of Joomla! and for providing a premier model for exemplary customer service. If you use VirtueMart, this component is indispensable. The first time you try it out, you'll be asking yourself why you didn't use this one before now. |

Even for a dummy like me this installs with two clicks and is producing Google Feeds. All Google Feed information and all products. No errors, no complaints here. Highly recommend this to Joomla/VM store owners. Thanks, New World Designs for a job well done. |

Fantastic product for "non PC literate" very easy to use and to install (with a little help from Ian) the best thing is it does actually work my business has increased because of this as well as gaining lots more hits and best of all once its in it dosent actually cost a penny, So where is the catch??? there isn't one!! and thats coming from someone who is always looking for the catch. Spot-on 5 Star |
