Firstly, the customer service stinks. We ordered the portal and contracted them to make customizations that they claimed were doable. It took them 5 months to get it "completed". After wasting a good amount of time in the admin I realized that the software was buggy on all Mac browsers. An explanation wasn't sufficient so I had to purchase video screen capture software in order to show them what was happening.
We had to sent multiple emails after the customizations were supposedly "completed" explaining that they didn't finish all of them and the ones that were "finished" weren't done correctly.
The "out-of-the-box" system might work fine if you're on a Windows OS and in IE. Don't ask for customizations unless you want to deal with a HUGE headache.

The Mac browser issues have been fixed shortly after the bug report (a couple of days after).
Due to the nature of the customizations (quite complex commission structure) we agree it took some time. We apologize for that.
