Module DGM NEWS ULTRA Plus Lite 3.0 is a next stage in development of news module DGM NEWS ULTRA by Joomla! Ukraine. Main principle of module work is use of templates. Such solution helps to change quickly appearance for different modules, for example: Site News (display of date and title), Economy News (display of title, date, image, introtext), etc.

Updated to version 3.1 module.
+ Is updated Is corrected function of display of news with Front-Page. Now at a choice of function of display of news with Front-Page will be it is displayed only the news published on the Main page;
+ The opportunity of display of news in the random order;
+ Display of date concerning a server Is corrected. Now date undertakes from configuration Joomla. This function especially useful to sites which are in other time zone.

UPDATE: Please remove via FTP mod_dgm-news_ultra.php and mod_dgm-news_ultra.xml files. Unpack module and download this update files.
You can also update module, through the installation of Back-End, but the data will not be stored.

This module looks like exactly what I need. But I can't tell because I can't get any content/news to show up on the page.

I've tried every combination of Section/Category Show/Hide Title/Intro literally everything for the last 2 hours...but no content ever shows on the page.

The only thing that shows up is the Title of the Module.

There is very limited instructions and the Demo is in Ukranian so I can't tell what is what on the demo.

Very Few of the "Help/Tips" have any info.

Your work is very fine and useful. But there is some problem with character codification in intro-text: not special character, but standard alphabet. For example, it is lacking the letter "p" or "b", and there is some html code. I changed template, but without news.

If the items contents could be presented in horizontal (like a foot-page showing "announcements" section e.g.) your module becomes perfect

I really feel that it is a very good module. But a peculiar kind of a problem is there. When the module is displayed, I can not see the ps on this module. Like the word 'performed' is displayed 'erformed'All the ps are missing but one can see them in the title.Other wise everything is perfect.

I'm currently switching from v1.0 to v2.0 and so far haven't had any problems with this module. It does exactly what it was intended to do with nice, clean, customizable look to it.

If you want to update from version 1.0 to 2.0, please uninstall module v 1.0 and install new version!!!
