JotLoader
JotLoader allows to present files exposed on the Joomla site for download in well-arranged layout. Download files can be grouped in categories with own description and customized layout. To each download file can be assigned Bug Tracker listing with the possibility for registred users to add new problem descriptions and comments. Site administrator can edit/add/delete any text message as well as change the problem status (pending/closed) from site front-end.
JotLoader was developed based on doQment component, ver.1.0.0 beta, published by pimpmyjoomla.com in May 2007 under GNU/GPL licence. Short after this publishment the further development and publishing of doQment by pimpmyjoomla.com was stopped and replaced with RSfiles! component distributed under Commercial lincence. JotLoader extends the original doQment component, ver.1.0.0 beta, with commenting functions for problem description as well as changed operation for problem data maintenance.
The newest ver.1.2.2 (native Joomla 1.5.x component and can be used also in legacy mode) is multilanguage version (english/german [thanks to Frank Braun]) and has simple download statistics. Component was tested on Joomla 1.5.3 framework. Version 1.0.3 is component for Joomla 1.0.x. Both versions are secure against SQL Injection attacks.

I just downloaded and installed this component. It works just fine. You only need to know how to install component, make directory writable and provide link on menu. That's all. Good work. Thank you.
