If you want to use my mambot idea with mulitple button options then those nice people At "Raf" have a solution.

This button mambot will allow a user to insert custom text or html code that has been set in the back end. Just enter the details in the text area of the mambot and the editor button will insert it.
I developed this button to allow a community site to insert the mambot tag code for shadowboxwtw2. This now has upto 15 options.
Also good to insert image/logo html code for those users who do not have access to the images folder.
This is an Alpha release because I have not tested it with all editors and versions of php.

i cant beleive how simple and perfect this is! simple to setup, extremely fast to customize and voila you can have instant canned responses, code or whatever you need!
