How To Install by tstern, April 12, 2008
This one took me a few minutes and some digging to figure out. Once I found instructions the install was very easy. Hopefully, this can save someone some time. One more thing. These instructions reference the Mambo plug in; however, it appears that the info also works for J! Good Luck!

These instructions are from Open4G.com

1:) Installing NVU Mambo (J!) Template Builder extension

Open NVU, in menu top locate "Tools" option, next click in "Extensions", this will open NVU extensions manager.
In extensions manage, click on "Install" button and browse and select open4gtemplatebuilder.xpi file and install it on NVU.

Exit from installation and close NVU Application
Now restart NVU.You will see a new Toolbar on NVU application.

Further instructions can be found at this link.

Now, I haven't gone through the entire process yet...but it appears that this will work.

Great Tool! by Gicker, January 23, 2008
This tool makes creating your template structure easy. It does all the pain-in-the-butt work for you, and let's you focus on the template design itself instead of having to build xml files, set up the template structure and so on. This doesn't write the template for you, it just takes out the monotonous and repetitive parts and let's you focus on the design.

Also to install it in NVu, open Nvu, click tools and click extensions. Click install in the window that pops up and browse for the install file (.xpi I think). Then click ok, restart nvu and it will be there.

Except i can't work out how to install it - can the developer give some guidance on how to install as it is very frustrating finding an extension such as this and can't use it

Thanks
