Joomlib
We are developing a fork of "book library" for Mambo. * Qualified users should be able to add delete books and comment books that are led out to friends. * Normal users can browse and order from amazon your published book, propose new books or ask you to led out a book. * Ajax Reviews Publishing your Library has never been easier with JoomLib * Jquery Inside * Amazon inside *************************** This is an ALPHA so it should be still a bit buggy

good but by ngrs, April 1, 2008
Hi this is one of the best Librarys ever seen for Joomla. But there are some bugs to fix
It would be good if i could set amount of books and add extra fields in description. And of course - possibility to manage coments from site backend, not through phpmyadmin

Overall rating: 5 star of 5 :)

yes, a few problems with this makes it unusuable by achintya, February 3, 2008
Hi

Couldn't get through to the support site. On my installation, the comments and reviews did not get recorded from the backend, and 'bad image path' stops saving of book information if 'image path to book covers' is selected.

Practically unuseable component as it stands. But it is Alpha. Promising.

Does Exactly What it says by piersol, January 18, 2008
For adding credibility and smooth embedding of an amazon.com list of reference material about your sites subject, this is a great solution.

Working good. by akah0mer, January 1, 2008
Good component. Did not need to much instruction on getting it up and running. A few minor problems, but they should be easily fixed.

Great Idea by styxx, November 25, 2007
This is a great idea I think it would be really popular - but at the time of writing their homepage is down the other link giving in the documentation leads to a dead "link page". This extension worked for me on a test site - but failed on the live site. Probably a simple enough issue but with no documentation and no support site I had to uninstall it and cant rate it highly.

I think possibly its released a little too early as I still feel when they get a support site up this will be a great addition!
