The module has now been split into 2 versions, first the normal version that most will need that supports tracking to one Google Analytics account. The second is a multiple account version that is suitable for those that wish to track their site on up to 3 separate Analytics accounts. Use the standard unless you need the multiple accounts version as it uses 1/3 of the code and will be a lot faster!

The Google Analytics Tracking Module automatically adds the necessary code for Analytics to work on every page it's published on. Since v2.0.0 the plugin has been completely rewritten to use ga.js, rather than the legacy urchin code. This allows for greater flexibility and customisation. SSL is now automatically detected.
