This module shows the latest approved comments added to the Datso Gallery component on your Joomla! site. What differentiates it from more standard 'Latest Something' modules is that you can create your own comment template using the 'custom format string' (CFS) parameter. This parameter allows a customized specification (html/css) of the desired comment-related fields to be used to display the comments in the module. Available fields are 'image title' (linkable), 'image comment' (linkable), 'writer name', 'writer username' (linkable), 'image category' (linkable), 'image author', 'number of hits', 'image rating' and 'image thumbnail' (linkable). These fields are specified as ${comment_field}in the CFS parameter. This module comes with the following parameters: * Cache (y/n) * Menu Class Suffix * Max number of comments to display * Max comment length * Custom Format String (CFS) * 'No comment' text * Set Locale Time To * Make comment linkable (y/n) * Make image title linkable (y/n) * Make image category linkable (y/n) * Userlist component installed (y/n) * Highlight the first comment (y/n) * Wrap the module output in a div (y/n) By the combined power of the CFS parameter, other design-related parameters and user-defined CSS, latest comments can be displayed in many different ways ranging from the standard table-based Joomla! style to more fancy styles.
