I was looking for a recipe indexing script a long time, and then i found this one. it's really a great one, with even better support (the support is almost instant!!). I also bought it and i must say that i'm very satisfied.

I wanted to setup a recipes website but i had no idea on how to do it, as i was absolutely no familiar with programming languages. First i found Joomla and it saved me a lot of time, then after i've tried other Recipes administration modules i wanted to give a try to Rapid Recipes. No way guys, you better don't waste your time with something else because this module does it all. Self installed in 2 minutes, other few minutes to figure out how ot work in the admin panel and after 10 minutes i went online with my first recipe. That's all, no hassle, no programming needed. When i wanted to make some changes i've asked for help to the Rapid-Source support and i couldn't believe they would be so fast, kind and helpful. Thank you guys, keep up with the good work.

I can't say enough good things about this extension and Rapid Source! It made for such an easy transition from my existing website. I had a bit of a problem with getting SEFs to work with OpenSEF. Rick did a SUPER job of getting the problem resolved for me. He is so responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Rapid Source for a great product!

Had some difficulties with the security of RapidRecipe and no editortoolbar showing up.
With the great help of Rick I managed to get RapidRecipe working again under Joomla 1.0.11 and getting the editor working.

I installed the Components and the Modules for Searching and Workflow on www.Tortenformel.de and was able to customize the Layout and the Language very easily. Also the Setup of the Categories was done within Minutes. The only Thing I am missing is a Shopping-List, created from the Ingredients of selected Recipes...

I especially like the option to have the items in various categories. RR is friendly both on the "front" - your site and on the "back" - timely and friendly support. Look forward to seeing what new will the futute releases be coming with.

This is good component with readily available customer support. There are directions on the website for customizing the language file, CSS, and parameters. I was able to strip it down and arrange it how i wanted, with help from customer support. The componenet is encrypted and needs the latest ionCube engine loaded on your server although I didn't know that at the time of purchase. Fortunately the modules are not encrypted and there are enough parameters in the component to customize it well anyway.

I can't say enough great things about this product and the developers. Not only has it made our lives easier, the support we got was one of the best. You can definetly buy this product with confidence. Thank you again for all your help you guys are the best!

I got Rapid Recipe last month, and it is working *great* for my homebrew recipe database at http://www.gotmead.com. Easy install, seamless integration, and fast, *fast* support. I highly recommend Rick, Koyan and MosDemo. I will be watching to see what else they come up with, and am eagerly awaiting the upgrade for RR to see what new toys they're bringing us....

The Rapid Recipe component and it's available modules allow for a very nice integration into a Joomla! web site. I've had it installed for over half a year now. It's very easy to manage and categorize recipes. There are some minor limitations on the front end (original release), but I've been told that many of these are being addressed for the next release (available very soon). I recommend the Rapid Recipe component to anyone desirous of creating a recipe library.

You can categorize recipes in numerous ways, and the multi-criteria search feature blows away all the competition. Just check off "French, Chicken, Main Course, Easy, Quick" and find exactly what you want instantly. The built-in navigation module is outstanding, as are the included extras - a "latest recipes" module, "Most Popular" and a "Featured Recipe" module that posts a new featured recipe daily, weekly, or on each page load - it's up to you.
