I had some problems with my database-php (my hosting is old...).
But the VNTRADE support help me with a great job!
The extension is what joomla was needing!

This is a brilliant addition to my most recent website. Joomla doesn't do a good job of controlling contributions from multiple editors - this component means I can grant them all individual editing and publishing rights to their own content and they can't touch what other people have written! (just the thought of one of them taking out content that wasn't theirs gave me sleepless nights - now my contributors just look after themselves, if I'm not sure about one of them I simply don't allow them to publish their own work)
I had my heart in my mouth when I pressed the paypal button to buy this component but I need not have worried. The support is first class, prompt and polite.
It took me about half an hour to understand how the user permissions worked. It fits in with my site perfectly.

If you need to control how your users author, edit and publish on your site, this is the tool to use. Highly recommended.
