This is a use of iframe to put external site or content within a page content without having to handcode HTML. Just 1 setting: the URL to frame {iframe}url{/iframe}, or {iframe}{/iframe} - the default URL will be used.

You also can override the default parameter such: width, height, scrolling, frameborder, name, align, infoshow, text, text2 in the first parameter.
For example: {iframe width="320" height="240" align="top"}url{/iframe}.

This is a great little plug in. I am converting a conventional web site the has hundreds of pdf files. I needed a way to link them simply without putting them all a wrapper tied to a menu. This extension allows me to set them up as articles, yet display the pdf file in a frame directly on the page - similar to the way the wrapper works. This allows me to categorize the pdf articles under the appropriate sections and categories.

I have been looking for something like this for a few weeks and was about to give up, then this little gem came along. Thanks!

This is just the plugin i was looking for putting external site content within the content of a page. had some problems getting the older version to work which Viet helped and within hours in no time he released a Joomla 1.5 version based on my emails and it works like a charm. great stuff.
