This is one amazing application! Easy, easy, easy setup and very very powerful! Not to mention the first class support! I was challenged with launching a Christmas campaign for our church in a very short period of time and MH2 Treasury made it possible!!! Way to go guys, keep up the great work!!!!

Wow, this system rocks. Everything you could ask for and more.
Easy to use, easy to configure and phenomenal support. Ask for something little and most of the time it is done within a couple of hours.
Wish all programmers supported their stuff like these guys do.
Great Work!!!!

Whether you're a professional non-profit, like a religious group, or just collecting funds for the next family reunion -- THIS IS THE SOLUTION! The newest version 2.18 is without competition the Ultimate >>COMPLETEthe developer is a genius coder ... not too great on the graphics side. But don't get me wrong about this as the current layout is very professional looking (especially after you make a small donation .. LOL) It's just that it is not current possible to add a little "bling" for people like graphic artists, music bands, etc. or make Joomla template based adjustments. A smarty template integration with css control would be great!

This is the new hottness in donation management.I LOVE this script. It is THE best donation solution available here.
Key Features:
1. Graphic representation of fundraising goal -- just beautiful!
2. Configurable list of Major contributors -- Good for getting more contributors!
3. Configurable list of recent donations.
4. Configurable campaign goals -- monthly, quarterly, etc & amount.
5. Easy to configure & customize text and graphics (from backend)
6. FULL PayPal integration with IPN Transactions & Subscriptions. It even lets you SUBTRACT the Paypal fees from the donation amount. Very handy when EVERY penny matters.
7. Ability to manually input CASH contributions! Great for accounting for non-web contributions -- awesome.
The only thing that I have not tried was pulling previous transaction histories in from PayPal. I'm not even sure if that would be useful or not since the idea is to get new money daily! LOL
My Parameters::
I am running J1.5.4 in legacy mode because of community builder v1.1 I'd originally downloaded v2.16 of Treasury and experienced a few mysql issues. But I sent out a request for help and received a response, the brand new v2.18 and a warm welcome from Mick within less than 24 hours. Awesome support ... considering he's not getting paid to help me or anything like that. I am a newcomer to the Joomla community and was beginning to think that I'd bitten off more than I could chew. But with the help of the folks at my hosting company and the very talented developer of this script, I'm weeks ahead of schedule.
I encourage everyone to get their hands on the latest release v2.18. The component integrated seamlessly into my template and so did the module -- Just PERFECT! Within 10 minutes of installing it I had already received $11 in donations! This script is HOT!!! And just a little extra note ... Mick says he's going to make it even easier to customize the component's layout from the backend in upcoming releases. Worth every bit of a $42 donation or whatever you can spare. Heck I just bought crapy windoze vista for $300 and it doesnot work as well as this script does. If CompUSA will give me my money back, I'll make a $100 donation!

I give a Fair rating because i really wanted to see this extension in action.
I thought that's prefect for the Non-Profit http://childurl.org (plug i know)I'm helping with looked at this Zend for PHP thought well i will test it...I'm no programmer but i can work around things. This is not a simple plug and play, which when looking for extensions is what i want. Looked at the forum seen lots of people with the same problems. Would like to know when this extension goes to 1.5 native, and another way of doing the same things without the need of Zend seems to be good point me to someone using it for real.

Nice idea--too many cumbersome intrusions. First getting Zend loaded on my shared server, then to discover that the component does not like my version of MySQL and refuses to create two critical tables. A solution is available, but is a nuisance and requires manually creating several involved tables---NOT for me!
The branding is too prominent--in both the component and the module. Maybe good for gamer sites, but not for nonprofits. The branding can be made to go away for $42--again, that makes this commercial ware and not what want. Still not ready for J1.5--be running it in legacy. Good idea, bad execution. Owner's reply: Apparently you used an older version. As issues have been identified, I have fixed them. The MySQL issue is no longer there.
I am not sure how the branding is so prominent as the font size used is smaller and the size can be controlled via the back end configuration.
I do not believe that classifying this product as commercial ware is accurate; the $42 allows for the removal of branding, there is no hindrance in the product that would justify it as being commercial.

A very simple, yet powerful component. The set up was simple, i've been looking for something like this for a while. I'm just using the component. The component and module was easy to customize.
Provided instructions were easy to follow.
A very good job and hope you continue to develop this component.

I heavily configured this extension for electronic tithing for my church. It works excellent without any issues. The only thing I couldn't do was to add custom fields. Owner's reply: In this version, there is one custom field. The configuration should only be to add the header text to the field in the backend. If you continue to have issues, please feel free to contact me via my website. www.mh2design.com

Zend Guard / Zend Optimizer by m4x, April 26, 2008

:( I would be happy to use it, too. But it seems that on shared hostings ZEND is not an obvious choice. So instead of settings I get only the possibility to download Zend (good for nothing when the hosting is shared).
Would it be possible to releas a simple non-zend version as well? Or at least place the warning about this into the "Install Instructions.pdf" ?
Hope on a new release :)
m4x Owner's reply: As stated in a prior message, my reasons for encoding the files is that I have seen too much of my code released under someone else's name. PHP is released with Zend available and I have not heard of a hosting company (outside of Yahoo) that refuses to install Zend.
After some review, Zend does need to be installed at the OS level so my system cannot be run in a single Zend installation. I would consider Ioncube except the cost is a little prohibitive especially considering I am already invested in Zend.
Lastly, there are so many hosting companies out there that finding a cost effective, Zend enabled host is not really all that difficult. I am not attempting to be condescending, but I am going to continue to protect my code.
I will be adding the Zend disclaimer to my releases, for that miscommunication on my -- I apologize.

I thought it was Christmas when I saw you had released this. It was just what I was after to run several non profit sites I look after.
I tried to install it on 2 different shared hosting companies and neither have Zend loaded so it was straight to the uninstall and back to the drawing board
Thanks for the effort of releasing an extension that does this ... others may find this very useful Owner's reply: Thank you, if you are still having problems with Zend - please let me know, I can suggest some hosting companies dependent on your needs that will be able to handle the Zend and more.

Zend required by kgcollector, April 22, 2008

Unfortunately this component has been encoded using Zend Encoder. This presents an issue in that Zend must be installed on your server before you can use the component (which in my case is not easy being that I have a shared hosting environment and require my hosting company to do this for me. This would also be the case with many other Joomla users also). I suppose it would be fine if you had your own dedicated sever which you can control. Has a lot of potential, but I suspect it wont get the take-up due to Zend requirement.

Every one should love this, if it is not encoded by mtlBazinet, April 22, 2008

Those features were really good, every one is looking and waiting for.
Downloaded and installed them immediately.
Click at the component,
The screen became white, never happen to any other extensions. and showing a message
"This file was encoded by the Zend Encoder"
Well, there is nothing wrong to compile your code, but there is never a word saying about this.
For my understanding, Open Source is not including compile code. Please correct if I am wrong.
Wish you have a wonderful great time Owner's reply: Yes, my code is optimized and encoded. Sorry if this causes any confusion to anybody, it was done to protect my work as I have seen variants of my source code out there under different names.
My choice for using Zend is that it is the most supported system out there and any hosting company that does not have it included in their default installs, typically does not have any issue installing it for you. There are also free libraries available from Zend that will allow you to run a version of the optimizer on your site, without affecting the whole server.
I will do some investigation and post information on my site to accomplish this task.
This product was not released under the Open Source GNU.

I love this extension!! I've used variants of the original PhP Nuke version in Tiny Portal and desperately wanted it for Joomla 1.5. Once you don't have this type of donation system available to you, you soon realize how important it was to your website. To finally have a working (and much improved version) for Joomla 1.5 (even in Legacy mode) is fantastic! I'm glad Mick has decided to go ahead and continue to support Joomla.
