I went through their online support system and found the response to be very timely and effective. I was very impressed with their customer support. This form program is the most intuitive of all of them that I have tried. And, I made my first form in no time and it turned out quite professional looking. Within a couple of hours, my form was fully functional with several fields. The automatic emails were easy to set up and worked great! The small fee for this program is well worth it. I highly recommend it! |

Great product - Simple to use but flexible enough to accommodate complicated requirements.
Great Support - I logged a couple of support calls which were not problems with the software but "how do I do this/Is this possible" types of questions. All were dealt with quickly and went above and beyond what I was expecting.
I have tried a number of other form processing apps, some good some bad, this was the best and worth paying for.
A good question is having used this software would I still buy it again? Answer is YES. |

After installing RSform!Pro, I ran into a couple of small issues. Taking into account the time difference, the support I received was excellent! Not only was the tech able to solve my problems right away, he was also able to tell me where in the code I should look for the line to change. I strongly recommend this product and this company! |

Coming from making static websites WYSIWYG we need every bit of foolproof workflow.
RS!formPRO turned out te be such a program. Tweeking every aspect, adding capcha, the small fee is worth every bit. Asking questions for support, results in a friendly reply.
Once you have made one form, you can duplicate it, rename it, and make another one out of it.
I will buy the support ticket program too. Thinking the interface will be much te same.

The problem I had was I had put my info in the wrong place,I submited a ticket and they fixed my problem for me. Thats what I call good service. I had tried other forms software but this one has it all, for me this has to have 10 out of 10.
not only for the product thats great but also for the fast help.

Hi,
I was looking around for a flexible form tool that the end user can manage. RSform is easy to install and keep updated, is friendly for non-tech people and support dynamic data from form in messages. Well worth it.

Worth every single penny! This is second time I am using this extension and no problems. So easy that is just a joke - anyone can use it. I just showed my client's 12 years daughter how to create own forms. Cannot get easier than that. There is a room for improvement example captcha modifications etc but hey.....all works perfectly, looks great and allows you to make own modifications if you want to to scripts etc. Perfect for newbie and perfect for these who want to put more time into it. Cannot say anything less than EXCELLENT. I gone through hell trying to find something easy for my client for 1.5 few months ago and read in the forum about this extension. Lucky me! Wasted 2 days to try other extensions..this was just the best buy so far. |

I love this extension!
I had some pretty big issues with my server and support helped me get it to work properly. Just unbelievable the amount of time they spent on my ticket. Appreciate all the help and will look forward to acquiring more licenses. |
