This is a very cool component - the only trouble I've had is that it conflicts with something in Uddeim, and also has trouble with Joomla 1.5's native SEF. If somebody navigates to a category within a section, the iframe used to display the menu draws a 404 error page. Should be a simple fix though. Also, it's got a white background - which is a bit annoying as I'm sure many people would like to use it with colored backgrounds. I altered the SWF file as well as the module file and the html file calling the SWF to make the menu transparent. I'll email this to the developers and see if they can make that available someplace on their site. You can see my menu at instaspanish.com
