The previous review looks like a fake to me. That doesn't sound like the Zip Code Shop I know.
The product itself is outstanding. It's worth every penny. It's very flexible and easy to customize.
The geocoder works like a charm.
If you think you are going to need support, think twice before spending your money. I've tried to open a couple of support tickets. Neither have ever been addressed. The only form of support is their live chat. They may or may not choose to help you depending on their mood.

We provide a good product and good support. Basically the customer is complaining that we provide a majority of our support through a live chat interface where you talk to our support team in real time. As far as I know, we are the only company to include live support.
He is correct that we don't answer all questions. We don't answer questions unrelated to our product or teach html/javascript. We do offer install or template customization for a fee for customers that are not comfortable with Joomla.
