Dress up your site with these cool little calendar page date items. Replace the standard Joomla dates for content items with these. Perfect for a blog page. Specify which sections, categories, or pages you would like them to appear on! If there is any interest, it will be revamped with more control over css.

* Updates:
-Version 1.0.2 now uses the $mosConfig_locale to format the dates
-Version 1.0.4 allows disabling bot for IE6 (for template css conflicts)
-Version 1.0.8 Fixes some bugs with user modules on the page.

Very nice addition to any website. by td4, April 8, 2006

The calendar did not show the first time I installed it. With the great support at the authors website, I was able to fix the problem (which was in my CSS) and now the date looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend this bot to anyone and everyone. Thanks for contribution Mark!

I'd been contemplating writing this into my site every time I came across it online. It works great. Editing the css is no problem at all, as it's all blocked up in the code. Nice job! Recommended if this is what you are after. Seems to be a little cleaner if 'position' is changed from 'absolute' to 'left' on the sites I have implemented it on.
