This is a updated version of PhotoShow module! That was released not so long ago. The requests that were made are now implemented in this version. The old version was taken from this site and everybody having the old version should update. For the new ones:>>> Module uses java script to create photo show. Module it is easy to install. Features are: End User: Navigation buttons for easy image navigation, Pop up window for better picture view. From the Administrator panel: ability to resize image display window and pup up window, auto scale image to fit windows, control duration between transitions, control type of transition applied (IE 4 and up), Name the module that suits you, ability to enable or disable image control buttons.

I was able to get this operating in no time. I have it displaying random jpg's, from a folder of over 200 pics.

I don't have the title or control buttons in use, so any possible issues with the stopping restarting of the slideshow haven't been encountered.

The one bug I've noticed tho... with Firefox, when clicking an image to view the full-size, the browser window that appears is very tiny, smaller than the thumbnail that the slideshow is showing! You then have to maximize the new window to see the full image. This is not the case when using IE, it goes right to a full-size image flawlessly. The extra button click can be annoying.

Very useful module that works like a breeze. One draw back - you can only use it once. If you try to create another slideshow in a different module, the image rotation will not work. If the developer could make multible use possible, this module would be among the best.

EG. .jpg NOT .JPG

or no Picture is shoving and no Errors to help.

I'm a complete newbie to all this CMS stuff and have had some trouble trying to install other galleries but this was great - really straightforward to install and set up. It's pretty basic, but for me it's a good little add-on to start me off.

On the down side, you need to place it fairly near the top of the page otherwise everytime you click on one of the buttons, you automatically go to the top of the page which can be a bit annoying. Also, I don't like the fact that when the cursor moves over the picture, the slideshow stops and you have to restart it again.

Having said all that, I don't want to sound too critical because on the whole I think it's quite good. 4 out of 5 from me!
