JMultimedia Suite is kit of extentions fully integrate on joomla! 1.5 standards and framework, every think developed to give full customisation and flexibility to designers and administrators. JMultimedia uses DenVideo plugin to automatically detect and display videos from many Steaming sites, in many media formats, and can be easily extended and customized, You can select different diferent layouts for each view, select if you want comments or not, select the css style to load, or build your own layout, it follow all joomla 1.5 standards and many of the default style classes (css) to automatically adapt to your joomla template. Users can add videos from any supported server (like brightcove) just by inserting videos the URL, JMultimedia automatically detects in runtime how to display it. Files from supported types can also be uploaded to the local server (using Joomla upload function), and they will be stored on the default media folder. Administrators can also select what media formats and streaming server will be accepted and who can comment and add and view videos. JMultimedia Features Are: * Administrators can: o Create, Edit and Remove media categories (Integrate into CORE categories component). o Add, Edit and Remove media items, by remote URL local file Upload or upload to youtube Server. o Add, Edit and Remove comments (integrate into UniComments). o Add and configure frontend options using core menus system. * Users can (if the administrator permit): o List media items: from selected category or from all categories. o Select Category order o Search for media items (JMultimedia Search Plugin, is not ready). o play media: watch videos, listen musics, play games, rum applets, view photos... o Add media from remote streaming servers like youtume ( by URL ). o Upload medias from his local pc. o Comment and rate items. Good Idea but ...

Good Job and good idea to build this system.

It's working very fine, but my only problem is to have the possibility to encore video media in FLV, if you can do that, it will be great, or may be i can help you in this direction.

Simple multimedia file manager and play list for your site

Out of all multimedia plug in available in the Joomla extensions site finally we got one that makes sense. You can upload and administer your multimedia files like MP3 and FLV using “categories” and integrate them in to menus, pages and modules. This Component/Module combo is very handy and very practical basically what other multimedia modules should have been and they are not.

The application need some more polishing in the code and functions parameters but anyone with basic or advance PHP knowledge you will be able to fix these little details.

i finally found what i was looking for, this gallery permits you to select videos on youtube and embed in your video gallery
