This is a small module I made from a request I found on the Joomla! forums. This module will record visitors HTTP REFERER and add them to the database. Then it will list the referers where ever you place the module. You may wish to modify it some to suite your exact needs, but it should work for most people. At the moment it does... 1.) Creates necessary MySQL tables at runtime. (_abreferer & _abreferer_data) 2.) Every time a visitor comes from another site, it will record their referer and add the site to the list. 3.) This module will NOT record visits from your own site. (This reads from your config, $mosConfig_live_site) 4.) The list will get re-ordered automatically with the site providing the most referers being the top most. I do not guarentee this will work for you. Please modify the code if you need to. Enjoy.

Nice to show from which site the users entry by KurtSteiner, December 24, 2006
YEAH,

i got it to work now !!!

in the .php is the tablename with a double underscore _ _abreferer

Donīt know if this cause the problem but in the php file there is a code to create the table and it does not work.

So, i got the information about how to create the table from this file and does it manually and now it works fine for me.
(it was easy-just take a closer look)

It is a really nice modul that not need any other statistik components.

For me very nice to have and to show where my visitors come from.

Zharvek have a lot of usefull mods and components written, to browse his site is really not a waste of time !!!

Sunny regards
