I have had zero problems with this extension and Kathy goes out of her way to help.

This was my first time Estate Agency Website and I was very apprehensive. I choose EZRealty after reading the reviews here and I am so glad I did. Installation was easy and without any problems. As I am located in UK I did have to change many field names/entries (e.g Zip to postcode etc) and this was easy to do by simply changing the text in the language files. Next came some additions to the software requested by my client and was out of my experience. I contacted Kathy and she guided me through changes I could do myself and between us came up with a list of changes she had to do on a commercial basis at 'very' reasonable rates. All support questions were replied to more or less instantly and with the greatest professionalism, she could teach alot to many of us!

In summary this software has suited my needs perfectly in setting up a Sole Estate Agency website. The software has a lot more features but I didn't need a lot of them on this occassion. I would highly recommend this software to you with the confidence that if you do run into difficulties or need some bespoke changes Kathy is there for you.

This is a great software with stellar support. I have found the folks at EX Realty to be far more supportive and helpful than the folks at hot property (who NEVER seem to answer support questions). Kathy, on the other hand, is a jewel when it comes to helping.

I struggled for months with Open Realty, so many unsolved problems, even using the very rude and unfriendly forum and a very poor documentation, NO SEF WHATSOEVER, constant little glitches with agent, members sync with Joomla, contact agent not working, email to friend not working...miles of copyright in the code...well, it's free.

I finally decided to take the risk and invest in EZrealty. All the reviews are so good about the component and Kathy's support.

I bombarded her with millions of presale questions, all answered right away. So I bought it.

That was probably the best decision of my professional life! The component is fantastic. Easy to set up, no more glitches...everything is in sync as soon as it's installed and the look is so much more professional! Very easy to customize. A Great find at an incredible FAIR price for what you get. A bunch of modules, extra functions, world maps for properties...everything is there and WORKING!

Another important point: programmers are not always the best designers. Kathy is a programmer AND a great designer. The templates are really nice, some of them don't even need customization to look very pro. A rare fact!

I had some issues, small details - Kathy answered ALL my emails within hours. I suppose she never sleeps, considering that she is in Australia and I am in US...but I never waited more than may be 2 or 3 hours before I got a reply, and she really really work hard to solve the problem. She will not let you down until problem solved. Kathy is PHENOMENAL! I've never seen such a dedicated and fast support even with much more expensive software. And always with a smile!

Tons of Help files and videos tutorials so well done included in the package. Every question you could have are answered right there.

I repeat what I've read in some of the review...I cannot say it better:

I got this component, I installed it, and everything was working great... Until this morning. I tried to log in and list a new home, and I received this error message:

"License Error 6: Host name does not match key file"

I know that this probably has something to do with the Zend Optimizer, but it still is a headache for me.

I'm assuming that it is because I am on a different computer than the one I was on when I first installed the component, but this is a huge annoyance. I emailed their support, and hope they can help me with this. I have multiple authors on this site, and if they can't post their listings, then I am doomed. They should have offered a free trial for the program; otherwise, if the problem is unfixable, I just threw away $80.

Other than that, the program is wonderful, and it looks and functions spectacular. If there is a mortgage calculator add-on, please let me know. That would be the only thing that this power-house is lacking.

20 years in the business..having spent ££££'0000s in webdesign and CMS I had a need for a mirco agency site. I to read articles like these....The common reponse was good value, good support. The support you get from these guys is nothing short of amazing. Nearly 24/7 and with the 12 hour time delay for me this was just remarkable.

No problem too small..No question too daft. Cheap at twice the price

I had the pleasure of making a website from scratch for the new company I am working for. I have very limited experience with web design and joomla so I decided to implement EZ realty as my back bone.

Installation was a breeze, it took less than an hour to have my first listing online! There were a few tweaks that had to be made before you could add listings but EZ Realty came with video tutorials to walk new users through the process, it was very slick.

One of the modules of my template ended up clashing with some code from EZ REalty so I had to email support. This is the sole reason for my expectations being exceeded. Over the course of 3-4 emails in one day my problem was fixed and my website even worked better because of some extra tweaks she implemented.

I can't wait to show my broker the website once i'm completely done. This is a must buy solution for any real estate website!

As a newbie, this was perfect for me. Took it out of the box, and it was ready to go! So many features, and they are all great. Kathy is always there for support and general questions. Got to say i am extremely happy!!!

I am completely new to Joomla! HTML, CSS, PHP and most other stuff that I come across re webdesign. However, I love Joomla! am really happy with my sites and then to be able to put together a very professional looking property search web site is all thanks to EZ Realty and Kathy.

The new version of EZ Realty is just excellent, she is very quick with responses and has made this project that much more enjoyable.

I may not know the technical stuff but from a property specialist the EZ Realty suite seems to offer everything you would need to create a great property site.

If you want to screw around with other Real Estate "components", if you can even call them that, HAVE FUN!!! I didn't.

EZ Realty is my choice, nothing else even comes close. Here's why:

1. Easy Install - fast install directly through core installer.

2. Documentation - you can tell that someone has put a lot of time, effort, and thought into a product when there's as much documentation as Kathy has compiled.

3. It works - I've purchased commercial coms that had to be fixed right out of the box on fresh installs. Not this one. I read the docs like Kathy advised and had zero issues.

4. Quality product - run a professional looking and functioning Real Estate portal, or Agent/Broker site. Easy to configure, very straight forward.

5. Back-end friendly - I've yet to install a com with so many help tips, even though it's extremely straight forward. Again, well thought out.

If you can't tell that I love this product and highly recommend it by now, stop reading reviews!

I'll be a long-time customer of Kathy's. This is the epitome of a commercial extension.

I was thinking of buying this extension based on what I saw on the demo site and on other reviews, but I'm now hesitant to spend quite a bit of money on it as the EZ Reality Demo site says this at the end of the page:

"While EZ Realty currently operates on both Mambo and Joomla 1.0x, we will not be upgrading EZ Realty for use on Joomla 1.5. In order to have long-term upgrade options with EZ Realty, we recommend use of the Mambo CMS."

A good solution for a small domestic real estate application.
Power users will be disappointed.

What I liked:

• Paid member options

What I disliked:
• Lack of report builder features (pdf, select fields etc.)
• No separate fields / details view protection
• Unable to add or modify fields and inputs
• Clumsy calculators
• Menu
• General lack of flexibility

Don't look any further, it's more than you would expect. Excellent!!! support from Kathy. Updated very frequently, she listens to future suggestions and acts upon it. She's the main reason why I started using Joomla. Thanks Kathy. There is other components for car listing and motorcycle listings as well, it works on the same principle, check it out.

I selected EZ Realty in large part because of the positive reviews I read here.

Am I EVER glad that I did select it!

The software is excellent, ever improving as new releases include new features and most of all the support provided by Kathy and Raptor Services is OUTSTANDING! Questions are answered promptly and correctly and this lady seems to be inexhaustible in her dedication to excellence and support of her customers.

I had not developed a Real Estate site in Joomla! before and working with EZ Realty has been and continues to be an excellent experience.

I highly recommend the software, which, in addition to filling almost all known needs, is a great value as well.

A while back I brought up an Open Realty site for someone. It wasn't too painful, but at the end of the day, it just didn't have a good polished look and feel. So, I thought I would shop around a bit the next time someone asked me to help with a Real Estate web site. Well, that day has come.

I've become a recent convert to Joomla, so I was interested in seeng what the community had to offer for the Real Estate market. EZRealty had pretty decent reviews, so I checked it out. I had one or two questions about the product, and they were answered pretty quickly. I made the leap, installed the product and started configuring the site immediately.

So, here's the coolest thing about this product. I got the site up so fast, the broker is convinced I've made a pact with supernatural sources.

It's got some interesting Australian perspective out of the box, but this is a really easy product to work with. I'm looking forward to managing more sites now, using this software.
