Realtime means here: You have e.g. tinyMCE open in a little box, type your text as usual BUT now the text is displayed immediately on your exsting webpage! You won't notice a difference after you hit the save button. Give it a try! I will enhance it over the next weeks having some more nice extra features!
Note: You should be logged in as admin or editor (or just having the permission to edit content) into the frontend, otherwise the realtime editor won't open!
For the latest version (of any of our products) we charge $5 per download while the previous version is downloadable for free as usual. See the old versions link in our page's left menu!

I find this plug in very useful. No need to wait for the backend to load to edit.
One bug. The open/close at the top right of the page blinks when the curser is over it and disappears when the curse is removed.
Thanks for this plug in.

Great extension.
Installed and put to work in seconds...
YET !!!!
it works only with a single_article pages. if you have multiple articles on the page the editor doesn't load. The box is shown, the title of the first article is shown, but the editor is not loaded and an error message (red stripe message in top of page) is shown at the top of the page.
if you want to have a look of what kind of site I've built... please have a look at

It's a really big hassle to keep clicking "edit article" and waiting for the whole WYSIWYG editor to fully load JUST to edit one word or a sentence. This plugin really saves time when you are editing on the go. Another great feature is the live-editing feature, where you can see what the article looks like WHILE you edit (useful for those who edit by code and not just the editor)
Installing it only took a few seconds and there was basically nothing else to setup. It was ready to be used right out of the box.
However, there is one slight bug that I have found.
If you are using Hider for Joomla 1.5 (Native), then the hider feature is a little buggy. When you are "not registered", you will still see the message for people that aren't registered. But, when you are logged in, instead of just seeing the message in the {reg} tags, you see the whole "{pub}MESSAGE #1{/pub}{reg}MESSAGE #2{/reg}" instead of just "MESSAGE #2". It would be great if this was fixed in future versions. I would still recommend it to everyone as it is right now.

I've always had problems setting up my WYSIWYG editors to get styles in the editor to display as they would in my sites template (usually having to create a custom CSS to get the editor to display as I want). With CrossContent enabled I don't have to worry about it any more; the WYSIWYG editor is overlayed on top of the article and the article updates instantly as changes are made. Very nice!
I downloaded the first version of CrossContent that was available here but had some issues getting it to work. I posted on their forum and the author uploaded a revised version within 15 minutes; now that's awesome service!
