This component is awesome, it just has loads of useful features and the presentation is really cool with many templates, AJAX, fetching avatars off SMF etc.

However where it really excels is the support offered. All the times I needed help these guys replied in just a few hours and solved my problems. Recently they even helped me fix a problem with a mambot (which I actually thought that was caused from Jomcomment). They also release updates regularly the past one and a half year I am using it.

Highly recommended.

I think that sometimes it is easy to try to get everything for free, and forget that our trusty Joomla! developers should at the very least earn minimum wage for their components. I honestly have been fed up with plugins and components that simply don't work or cause glitches in other features of my site. This, along with sociotag from socioclick have been the two fastest features for me to implement. Thank you!

First and foremost, the function of the component is great and it works right out of the box.

You might have to do a bit of tinkering if you want it to work with 3rd party component and this is where Arzul truly shine. I had a little issue trying to integrate the codes and when I needed support, it was fast and easier to find (Skype and support ticket).

I got my reply within 24 hours and that its really crucial to me as speed is everything. Its commendable that the support team work during the weekends to help me fix my problem as well.

For me, support and progress is the 2 most important factors I use to judge a company and Arzul will definitely worth your investment.

If you're wondering why I didn't mention functionality, that's because I wouldn't have got the component if it isn't working in the first place.

But, for a guy as me, the support is very important (cause my poor joomla competency). Azrul support is really fast ! less than one day with direct assistance..

I've been using Jom Comment for a quite some time. I've been experiencing slow loading times, but nothing significant. A few days ago, my hosting warned that my joomla site is using 95% cpu, and slowing entire server. It was Jom Comment that overloaded web server. And the more comments you've got, slower it gets. I've got articles with 150+ comments, taking 25 seconds to load, and 4 seconds when i've disabled Jom Comment.

If you turn off gravatar support, it gets a little better, but not significantly.

So... I'm looking for another solution, as my hosting company warned it will turn off my entire site if it continue to overload server.

Jom Comment support was not helping, which is expected, since it looks that this component has major design flaw.

Just purchased this component to add a commenting feature to my site. Had a few errors after a re-installation but I have to say that the support is very efficient!
They solved my problem within an hour after I submitted it! Do not hesitate to create a temporary Admin account for them to solve your issue from the backend panel.
The component itself fulfills all my needs: commenting with avatars support, CB integration and nice layouts!

I was struggling with AKOComment as it would not pass W3C Validation, so I tried this out. It works beautifully and passes validation - just what I needed. I had a slight issue on install, but their support team helped me out within 30 minutes... on a Saturday!

Overall a wonderful comment system which even works with Mamblog

Jom Comment is an excellent component. I have tried others the whole day yesterday, only to see weaknesses both at the backend, and frontend.

For its price and functionalities, its the best I've tested, and paid for. The pro version comes complete with templates that will suit your site, and moderation of guest comments are a welcome feature despite the captcha plug ensuring that people who actually comment on the site, are real, and valid.

An excellent tool, I'd recommend this to every Joomla Administrator! Support is excellent as well.

Jom Comment is "Jom Boleh"! {a Malaysian expression which literally translates to "Jom is capable!}

JomComment is very easy to install and use. It is very useful for my website because mine is a travel website where people should give their comments about the services they have used.

Hi have bought this component a few days ago and it has been a little cahotic to get it (I havn't recieved my pass to download it, so after asking it by mail to azrul.com, they have kindly given it to me the next day)

The component has interesting features and a lot of options. I think that a few tiny improvements remains to do, but I'm sure that they will do it in future releases. Their website has an usefull knowledge base.

I have more specially liked the setup that install all component+mambots at once.

The backend is really rich and gives interesting stats.
the frontend is powerfull, with good css formatting and ajax support is really working well.

my final words would be to say that this is a really good component that will make you forget ako comment for ever.
Too I would ask azrul to go deeper in options (more options) and correct a few tiny bugs.

-as an example of modification, I would like to have the ability to set the date format for each language installed.
-Too, I think that the avatar printing in the comment is not correct, instead of specifying a width and a height for the area that will hold the picture, I would prefer to specify only the hight, and then, the width is auto calculated to respect the aspect ratio of the original pictures (currently if an user have a square picture and the other user a rectangle, it's impossible to have both printed with correct aspect).
