Multisites Content component
MultisitesContent component for Joomla! 1.0.x and 1.5.x (legacy)

Elearningforce has released a component MultisitesContent for Joomla!.

This component can list the content from all the Joomla/Mambo sites listed in the component setup - no matter where the sites are located!
You can list all the sites you want, but you of course must have access rights to the databases. The content is shown in a menu item from a standard component link.

The content result can be sorted by
• Sites
• Categories
• Date
• Author
• Most popular
• Alphabetical
• Site URL

Only published content are shown and if the content is for registered users only a login is required.

When clicking on a content in the list in the menu item, you are taken to the content – but in this version we don’t have single sign on, so the user must login, if the content is only for registered users. However we have doing a component for single sign-on to be released in the very near future!!

The component is shipped including a module showing latest created content.

Also in the module configuration you can choose the number of articles displayed and configurations:
• Show Site Name
• Show URL
• Show both
• Set the Number of shown Sites

There are Flash tutorials going trough the setup and use of this great component. Also included is a Help page with "How-to-do-this".

Yours

This module & component make it possible to add content to your site and have it dislayed in a user defined list on another site. I use it as both a small module posted on a page and the full function linked component page.

Fast & Friendly to work with and quick technical support as well. ~Another fine piece of work from Bjarne and crew!
