when enabled this will strip out unwanted html formatting from content. solves the problem with users pasting word formatted text in wysiwyg editors, and don't remove word formatting of text. this plugin will remove this formatting automatically.

Allowed tags are :

br

table
tbody
th
tr
td
b
i

And it is a setting to allow span tags

I love this mambot. It is true that it does not strip many tags... but come on people if you edit the php file you can add tags easyally. I had to change it because it was filtering tags to good... it filtered the code from the joomcomment bot... but after setting the allowed tags that that other bot used... it workt just great...

so really it works, and if you need to filter more tags to allow just edit the php file... and remember this mambot DOES NOT strip tags IT ALLOWS THEM... it will strip everything in your content exept for the tags that you specify

Could be better. One of the major problems I have is people write content in Word and then cutting and pasting into a content item. From what I can see this plug-in will not remove all the style information. Such as class="MsoNormal"> .

Also it would be nice if you could customizes the list for tags allowed
