When I purchased this software in August 2005, I had to wait 3 days for my domain license because the developer had the flu. Okay, I'll be understanding, no problem, everyone gets sick at least one time in their life, I can wait to use my new tool. The license arrived (via email), it installed perfectly, and I can say that the editor was the best available at that time.
Now for the problem...
After 10 years with the same hosting provider, I had to switch to a new company in December 2005.
Here is where the XHTMLSuite developer does not understand customer support...
I emailed at least 5 times asking for a new license because I modified my domain name when I switched hosts. Finally the developer responded with a big NO. He did not offer any solution to help (or even suggest to charge me to change the license). So, I am stuck with another tax write-off and an unusable piece of software.
It is too bad that this developer does not understand how important customer service really is. After 26+ years in the computer industry, I have seen many companies close their doors because of lack of customer support and understanding.
