The right menu system I was looking for Joomla 1.5 by ivanji, February 6, 2008

For some reason many of the menu systems here didn't work with my Joomla 1.5 but this one worked perfectly! I only had to manually specify the right path to the jmenu.php file and it worked beautifully!. Thanks, this extension saved me a lot of work!

After spending literaly days trying to get other drop down menu systems to work, hacking the js and css only to find it still didn't have the capabilities I needed -THIS DID IT ALL! in 5 mins. thanks for your awesome work.

Pluses: the menu looks good, is easy to install and customise

Minuses: it does not pass W3C validation (a mighty 158 errors!) and places adverts in your source code.

I had tried both these two transmenu modules in last half hour. At last I should say this one is better. It allows user customize the layout of the transmenu via independent css file and you need not know the syntax of css file. Just edit the font size by pixel and colors by Hex value. If you do not know what the value for certain color, you can identify it by some free color picker software. This one is simple but indeed, it will work on you demand quickly.

It is better to insert a "noscript" tag for javascript disabled users and SEO fiendly.
