MultiPage Survey (MPS) is a survey system. It uses one page for each question so you can use a whole page for a question. You can integrate text and graphics or other material (Flash) into your questions and answers. Answers are reusable between questions and surveys. Routing/Branching integrated, external DB storage possible. No programming needed, simply select among the available options to create your survey!

MultiPage Survey is quite good out of the box.

There's a bit of a learning curve to grasp the application, but the user manual helps. Great routing features for questions that need to branch out. Awesome with incorporating images and even video to the surveys. Quick tech support resolutions.

Survey results export to basic delimited data formats but don't feature statistic reports or cross tabs. It also doesn't support a textarea field for paragraph format inputs at this time.

Overall, it is a quality product for USD 34.95.

A clever and simple survey tool for joomla is a great idea. But this one doesn't loomk like it. Its not clear what you are buying and the demo is rather limited in showing off the versatility of the product. We hve no idea what is lurking behind the backend. Beyond the poor packaging, mrketig and documentation may well lie a useful component.
