 Utterz is like Twitter but with voice. You can call in, leave a message, and it is posted. You can also post pictures and leave text as well. Utterz is not as popular as Twitter, but there is no comparison on who is better either. Utterz is it's own entity.
Download both plugins, the Bot and the Bot Button. Install them into you mambot manager in your Joomla! admin. A button at the bottom of your editor will allow you to insert Utterz embed player into your Joomla content.

 I got sick of entering the (a href) link for every link to my followers & following friends on Twitter. Now with this mambot, all I have to add is {@ labanex}. It links to http://twitter.com/labanex with ease. It will look like @labanex in your content with the link on labanex only just like how its done in Twitter.
It is a very simple mambot. Only tested on Joomla 1.0.13 and on one server.
There is even an Editor-XTD button which insert {@ username} for you. Just simply replace username with your followers/following friends.
