Elearningforce has released a component MultisitesContent for Joomla!.
This component can list the content from all the Joomla/Mambo sites listed in the component setup - no matter where the sites are located!
You can list all the sites you want, but you of course must have access rights to the databases. The content is shown in a menu item from a standard component link.

 Using Multisites Sitemanager (Pro/ProFTP) you can have a page showing all sites where the user is registered/enrolled (from a link to the component).
Click on a site name and you are taken to the site still being logged in.
