JoomlaDate
 Customizable , great support, August 29, 2007
7 of 9 people find this review helpful:

JoomlaDate My experience with JoomlaDate is a very positive one. Installing the component was very straight forward and it did everything it claimed out of the box which is excellent in itself.

What makes it extra special for me is that I planned a lot of customization of JoomlaDate and the developer has provided excellent support to me, guiding me through that process.

With a creative approach I think JoomlaDate can serve as much more than just a dating service but also the hub for user generated "social networking" style content for your website.

I'm still tweaking it but if you want to check out what I've morphed JoomlaDate into you can check out www.trippintv.com

Joomla NewsBoxes Module
Very good, but could use some updates..., June 26, 2007
1 of 1 people find this review helpful:

Excellent for its ability to do what it says and easy install, and configuration options...

To bring it up to date, it would be good if it could display the first mambot (whether its an image, podcast, or video etc). As many sites are now moving to other media beyond images.

Great module..

What's New with Stats
 Nice & Suggestions, October 24, 2006

Installed correctly and does what it says.

Suggested features would be to identfy by section and/or category id what number of specific content items have been added.

Thanks.
